Big changes on the way

A strong cold front arrives tomorrow afternoon

Much cooler by Friday

Scattered showers and thunderstorms this morning will move east into Missouri this afternoon. With clouds and rain in the area, temperatures should be a bit cooler today than the past couple of days with highs in the mid 60s. Breezy south winds are expected to keep temperatures mild overnight with lows near 60.

Very warm conditions return Thursday with highs in the 70s under mainly cloudy skies. A cold front looks to arrive sometime Thursday afternoon with steadily falling temperatures through the evening hours.

Friday will feature a preview of winter with morning wind chills in the 20s and air temperatures struggling to break out of the 40s during the afternoon. Gusty north winds should persist throughout the day, making it feel even colder.

Our first frost of the season is possible Saturday morning as temperatures fall into the mid 30s.

Enjoy the warm weather tomorrow!
