Heat and humidity return to northeast Kansas today with high temperatures in the low 90s. The home soccer game tonight will be hot.

A cold front will move through the area tonight, but we are expected to stay dry. Highs will be in the low 80s with less humidity to end the week. Friday night football should be comfortable with temps in the 70s under mostly clear conditions.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible Saturday night into Sunday evening, but most of the weekend will likely end up being dry.

Temperatures start to heat back up Sunday and Monday before another storm chance arrives Tuesday night into Wednesday.
